Sometimes you must be your own hero…

So the cliche pre-flight statement that we all remember by heart, is to place the oxygen mask on yourself before you help others… the reason is of course that you cannot help anyone if you were to pass out… in life, it is ok to be your own hero…to make sure that you are your best self, so you are the strongest self to be better in all you do, including helping others…
